Privacy Policy of the Unsaid Application

Even Labs, an individual registered in Ukraine (hereinafter – “Developer”), respects the privacy of users of the mobile application “Unsaid” (hereinafter – “Application”) and is committed to protecting their personal data. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) governs the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable regulations.

Using the Application constitutes your consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please discontinue use of the Application.

1. Collection of Personal Data

The Developer collects the following categories of personal data:

• Registration Data: Email address, Apple ID, or Google account provided during registration.
• Technical Data: IP address, device fingerprint, and geolocation data (when necessary for providing services).
• Activity Data: Information about user actions within the Application, including posting and viewing content.
• Violation Data: History of violations, account suspension status, and email address for moderation purposes.

No other data, such as name or age, is collected. Payment data is processed solely by payment systems (Apple Pay, Google Pay) without access by the Developer.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring the functionality of the Application, including registration and access to features.
• Moderating content and ensuring the security of the Application.
• Analyzing user activity to improve functionality and user experience.
• Personalizing content based on user preferences.
